Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Director to lead strategic initiatives, oversee operations, and drive business growth across the region. This role requires visionary leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to align regional strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute regional strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple business units.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and government entities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
  • Innovation: Drive adoption of new technologies and business practices.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor senior managers and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 12+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or director-level role.
  • Strong knowledge of regional operations and multinational business environments.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in GCC markets preferred.

Pay: Up to RO3,600.000 per month
