TATA is an absolutely horrible company to work for. Old network, antiquated back office systems (still using spreadsheets for orders), and terrible management. They have an incredible amount of turnover and they really don't know what they want to be when they grow up.
You could not pay me enough to stay at TATA and my number 1 2020 goal is to find a new job.
We are working for a European client who provides service in the field of Telecommunication and Networking. The Co-workers here are nice and friendly. There will be less Appraisal and Promotions in the organization.
Found the issues with top management... Didn't find growth... No personal care from management... Would rate the lowest in terms of management is considered... Only good for freshers to get a start-up in the career...
Keep getting calls & emails on every aspect of work.
SAP and team management skills are my learnings.
Management was reactive and keep the employees stressed out
Workplace culture is cut throat competition and political.
Keeping the managers happy at all times is the hardest part.
Enjoyable part is learning opportunities.
If someone is aspiring to learn the width and breadth of Enterprise transformation from a Digital Infrastructure Provider view point, Tata Communications is the best place to be. The culture certainly incites learning attitude and also encourages fail fast model to try, fail, rise and persevere.
I am thoroughly enjoying my tenure here at Tata Communications.
Great place to work once the work was there. Everyone was friendly and supportive. Only when it came to finding other work they were not supported. The communication was very poor. It was all about the numbers.
