It is worst company in my life Full of politics. And salary is completely terrible, they will not give proper hike. And they will detect some money from our salary on a monthly basis then they will give ratings.

Good core services portfolio. New services rely heavily on third party products and services and are extremely difficult to manage. Compensation and benefits are good. Questionable sales and executive management decisions. High rate of attrition in recent years. Extremely high sales quotas versus competitors.
Being the first employer this organization has played important role in my career. I have got many opportunities and I have successfully driven them. I have got chance to travel to Canada for client meetings and training.
Management sucks, no investment planned for network, high turn over especially with SE's, lots of lay offs and terminations the last couple years, I would steer clear of working for this company. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

No investment in network, old systems (still using spreadsheets for orders and contracts), extremely poor employee moral.

I am working in TCL more than 1 year. This is very grateful to work with Tata because as a fresher TCL is the best for any network engineer.I am working on mpls technology with GVPN and ILL services provided to the customer.
