Great way to enter the hospitality industry. But the clientele can be a little iffy at times. Not the best management, but supporting employees were helpful. With the previous management company there was culture. The new management company didn't offer much.

Es el peor lugar para buscar trabajo.

¿Qué es lo mejor de trabajar en la empresa?No es un lugar ideal, solo transitorio¿Qué es lo más estresante de trabajar en la empresa?Son informales en todos los sentidos.¿Cómo es el ambiente y la cultura de trabajo en la empresa?Pésimo. El radio pasillo es lo unico que importa, los mismos jefes ponen trabas. Solo explotan tu potencial para correrte a los 6 meses.¿Cómo es un día típico para ti en la empresa?Es un infierno. Todavia ni se entra a trabajar y te atacan sin respetar horarios, despues se enojan por que no tienes la disponibilidad para hacer lo que te ordenan sin preguntar.

Hostile

Owner is mean nasty and reduced my hours for family members.Before the owners came back it was really good.The employees were making their hours and not being rushed to get done.

Do Not Work Here

Working here was very stressful. You will be OVERWORKED and underpaid! The management does not know how to communicate effectively and overworks the housekeepers. Very hard work and little compensation! If I had to rate this occupation it would be a 0 out of 10!

Great place to work.

What is the best part of working at the company?Good work atmosphere. Good management. Good owners. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Time crunch can be stressful. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Positive atmosphere with appreciation shown daily.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Fast paced work. Make beds, disinfect and Polish furniture. Clean bathrooms, restock rooms. Take trashes out.

Great people with an ability to learn something new everyday

4 years and still counting. It's been a great place to work and I have learned lots of new things and really tested myself. It's not for everyone though

Okay enough for a paycheck. No benefits. No overtime .management Always stressed about something . Very mundane and boring though. Not much incentive for hard work.

Easy to follow through with oral training and management techniques that you will learn about from the experience of your position. Enjoy the hotel environmental but management needs to put their attention on upgrading this facility.

What is the best part of working at the company?Enjoyed meeting a diverse group of customers from different states and countries What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Having to deal with management not fixing the issues with rooms rather they just put bandaids on the issues and they keep coming up over and over. Having to deal with irate customers about rooms not being up to their standards for the money they pay. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Low moral there which makes it very hard to do your job efficiently.

Toxic environment rampant sexism

Typical day includes being talked down to by management,(who never help with work) I’ve learned that management is a higher class than their subservient workers. They get every weekend off and tell us we can’t take off every single weekend in the summer. Women get away with s harassment, even after brought up with management. Hardest part of the job is maintaining my dignity. Most enjoyable? Ha

Horrible management, all over the place

What is the best part of working at the company?They allow you to get hours & work your days off but the management sucks. Staff never shows up on time . There is no security cameras throughout the building to protect the housekeeping & other staff. Nobody follows the rules of the job . Staff fight each other outside in front of the property while management stands there & says “ just move out of the view of the camera. When they change management it would be a better place to work. Terrible Place To Work

The nastiest most unorganized place I’ve ever worked . Met some nice people but management was a trip 😂😂 I wouldn’t send anyone to work there let alone stay there .

Don't do it

Just don't bother, go somewhere else, anywhere else. Low pay, no overtime, terrible environment, lacking tools needed to do job, management is a joke. You will regret taking this job fast
