The most useful review selected by IndeedWorking in a Joint Venture Operation for Shell is not very representative view of Shell, however there are a number of areas that need improvement (e.g. work ethics, respect, behaviours, technical standards, and work simplification).
Generally it is an accepted role but not the ideal working environment.
