Worked with LR EMEA Service Delivery Support. Wouldn’t recommend. Constantly walking on egg shells in the office as your mood/day is dictated by the moods of the managers and team leads. Management apply bullying techniques to staff. They monitor everything and apply a one rule for them another for the team. Horrible atmosphere, realised within two weeks of being in the role that it was not a nice place to workwork.

I worked here for over 3 year and it's unbelievably unorganised. The managers sit in their offices and are only interested in the results, they have no idea the state of how the lab is ran. The conditions in the lab are extremely impractical.
They promise you everything in the interview but when you start your just pushed into getting the work done as fast as possible. They run every member of staff to the ground to the point the staff hate the place and nobody cares about ringing in sick, meaning it is always short staffed.
The HR officer is abysmal when it comes to needing any kind of support. They force you to turn a blind eye to any situation that occurs.
Also every member of staff is on a different salary which they do not want you to discuss despite everyone doing the same job (if not less). Do not leave an *okay* job for this place. You will regret it.

Very bad assessor manager culture, poor example setting, extreme drunken behaviour at events, active ignorance of facts in investigations, defensive reaction by management to challenge (regarding management culture or with regard to standards of assessment).

Totally impractical expectations of workload.

Great company. I enjoyed working there until oil prices tanked and layoffs began. I got called back however new wife and new baby I decided to not do offshore rotations and spend all my time with my family.

Where to waste time and downgrade your resume

They don't know what they don't know so it is not recommended at all if you have worked as senior for professional company prior to join LR.

Line Management and HR is the worst. They still live in feudalism centuries.

No balance between responsibility and authority.

Empresa muy desordenada, con graves problemas administrativos. Tienen muy pocos administrativos que hacen de todo, hasta servir café a los gerentes, con muchos inspectores y auditores que son atendidos como si fueran gerentes. Las evaluaciones personales que se hacen cada 6 meses, tus propios jefes no te dan la posibilidad de que tengas una buena nota, ya que ellos mismo no saben cómo serán evaluados por sus jefes y por lo tanto, quedas expuesto al despido. Empresa de pirámide invertida, llena de procedimientos que no te dejan avanzar en tu trabajo. Lo bueno es el sueldo con un bono anual y te pagan las gratificaciones por separado del sueldo en 3 partes, pero el dinero te llena en un principio, pero después ya no es suficiente. No te pagan horas extras, pero te obligan a quedarte e ir hasta los fines de semana diciendo que es tu trabajo. Te dan tantas labores que no te queda mucho tiempo para tu trabajo que es revisado en las evaluaciones semestrales, o sea no alcanzas a hacer tu trabajo por temas menos importantes.
Pros
Sueldo, seguro complementario, gratificaciones separadas del sueldo.
Cons
Exceso de Trabajo, No te pagan horas extras, te obligan a ir fines de semana sin pago extra.
