National Account Manager (Current Employee) – National – July 18, 2019
The company has been going through many changes for years now. They believe that they are the leaders in the industry, and that others will follow and change their company structure as soon as they see how successful Kone have become
Magazijn verantwoordelijke (Current Employee) – Loppem – July 10, 2019
ACCOUNT MANAGER (Current Employee) – QLD – July 3, 2019
Serious misconduct by management and HR by utilising bully tactics disguised as “helping” staff Toxic work culture as been condoned and fostered by incompetent management that will throw anyone from their team under the bus to save themselves. Unrealistic KPIs with 0 training or lack of relevant support when required isn’t helping staffs’ mental wellbeing! Despite this reality there are really great, knowledge and helpful technicians and staff that have good people skills. Time consuming, over complicated, micro managed systems coupled with insufficient internal resources is making customers unhappy with service. Company only cares for shareholder profits, customers and staff are bottom of the list, technicians have some protection with good union. Work Entitlements not paid correctly when due.
Overall great company, local branch needs stability

full of bullies and poor management. Awful people to work with and have to know someone high up to be able to move up the ladder. No work life balance and your expected to do over time. Also you don't get hardly any training. Management question every breath that you take.

Technico-commercial (Current Employee) – France – April 6, 2019
