- A typical day would be as Reach office by 8 AM. Go through the emails, review the plans of the day.
Spend time discussing if any important problems that need urgent attention and finding solution that need attention.
Review and update status normally done through informal meeting (daily) and formal meeting once in a week with the team. Review the activities and actions with responsibility that needs to be done by the team.
Prepare and co-ordinate for the project on various activities as per the plan.
Go through any updates and risks that effect the plan.
Steering committee meetings (once in a month)
Project Managers meeting (Once in a month)
End the day by 6 pm.
Hardest part of the job, when the unidentified risks, effects the plan, effecting the delays.
