Job schedule have to submit to Management prior to start the job,
co-ordinate the site team to follow the time line and proper dealing with clients.
daily plan have to submit the allocation of crew at site with behalf of clients by mail.
daily have to attend the site management meeting, client meeting in weekly basis.
to avoid the time delay due to break down of any equipment and to prevent delay of schedule.

PDO announced the shut down to complete the job within 5 days, but its not possible to complete, then we discussed to split two shift crew work day and night work (long hour work in shut down week)
