understanding but very boring and depressing

The management is kind and understanding to human mistakes for the most part but the actual work feels incredibly forced and transactional. I also work in one of the busiest stores in the world I am sure so this may be different in a random small store in the middle of nowhere America but overall it can be quite depressing. Not much growth for people and extremely exhausting to be on your feet for so long. benefits are hard to leave they feel like golden handcuffs. unless you are the biggest fanboy of apple or want to make hourly wage forever then I wouldn't recommend. the pay is not really enough for flag ship stores and the amount of stress, noise and demand.

Toxic management system

Team was great, felt welcomed most of the time. The lead team, managers and upper managers were absolutely horrible. They use you and abuse you to look better for their bosses

Enjoyable people, products, project, and an open atmosphere to ideas and suggestions in development.

What is the best part of working at the company?Apple is a great company to work for, and the only reason I left was to offers from externally in things more interesting to me personally - the company is HIGH on the "takes care of you" marks between salary, stock, perks, health care and internal possibilities. They are hard to beat in the Bay Area. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I do not thing there is anything about Apple that is "most" stressful if you are enjoying what you are working on there. It is a good engineering and timeline work base for development and always a push at the end to cross T's and dot I's... remembering J's need dotting too is what an employee needs to bring... attention to detail on any given project - public or departmental.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Kick butt and strive for detail completion. If I found a team internally that worked with the engineering I liked/preferred then I would not have left the company.

It’s Apple each day is different but you’re always productive makin the most of your shift.

What is the best part of working at the company?Everything yes you’re busy but the company has zero flaws What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Management sometimes entitled customers What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Amazing, everyone helps each other if they can. It’s also very diverse probably the ONLY store you have as much diversityWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Busy busy always in the go. Figuring things on your own and with others.

That job was super trash wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I hated every second of it sadly I needed the money at the time so I couldn’t quit right away

No discrimination

Treated fairly and was given same benefits as any other employee at apple despite being a janitor. was also given 20 days paid leave and a yearly salary of 50k which is above avg for janitors. Though, I had to go through 7 rounds of interview to get the job and a simulated cleaning exam that was done via their new apple pro vision AR headset. besides that there are also 3 layers of assessment to judge how well you know your materials and what you will be using when doing your cleaning routines. i was also asked to share pictures of my house toilet on the basis of if you cant keep your house clean how can you keep a company toilet clean. Too much to go through for such a trivial role but pays significantly higher than any other company for janitor and for 50k a year you cant complain as the job I do understand is one with a significant amount of demand. though, once you get the job this is the best company to work for, cheers!

i really enjoy working at the fruit stand. i’ve been here going on three years, been in tech for 7 years now. this job is my favorite and i feel like it will be my career

Awful

Underpaid overworked. They make you work every holiday and hard to get a normal shift. Expect to work every weekend and till at least 11pm. They only care about themselves

Great pay

Working from home is nice but nothing to learn a new things. Great benefits and great people. Not much PTO and scheduling is not what you can always get.

I loved working here the hours were great along with the pay! The management team did a very good job at making sure we were all well taken care of as well!

Great workplace and culture

Nice people and fabulous training. You will know the product details and the customer service process after being hired. Great opportunity to start a career as a student and the teammates are always there to support.

Toxic workplace

Workplace culture is bad no support from managers and colleagues. Just focused on KPI. Boring work. Managers bully to the point you want to leave and dont wanna go

They kept sending me emails every two weeks how they would let me know if I were to get the job at the beginning of next week, but then disappear and say the same thing in a couple of weeks. This went on for awhile.

Loved it

Loved it great place to work. Good management and great. Coworkers. Benefits are amazing best in the game. Pay is also better than any other retail place. Place is always busy but makes the day go by

Fun and educational

Great environment. Made alot of lifetime friends. Good with work life balance. Only con is there’s not a lot of room for growth because people never leave.
