Chris Hyams is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board Director of Indeed. Chris joined Indeed in 2010 as Vice President of Product, responsible for technology strategy and innovation. In 2015, Chris became President, assuming additional responsibility for Indeed’s revenue growth and client success. Chris was appointed Indeed CEO in April 2019, leading Indeed’s mission to help people get jobs.
Before Indeed, Chris was Founder of B-Side, a technology platform for independent film analytics, marketing, and distribution. Prior to B-Side, he was Vice President of Engineering at Trilogy Software. Chris holds a Masters in Computer Science from Rice University, and an A.B. in Architecture from Princeton University.

In his role as CSO, Anthony leads the security team focused on safeguarding the information jobseekers, customers and employees entrust with Indeed.
Prior to Indeed, Anthony served as a senior executive at Indeed’s sister company Glassdoor. He completed the CIO Executive Programme from Boston University and graduated from the U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine School.

He also serves as Head of Investments at Recruit Holdings, Indeed’s parent company, as well as Head of Business Development at HRTech SBU, and Head of International BD at Media & Solutions SBU.
Prior to Indeed, Ogata-san served as Corporate Executive Officer, Global Alliance, and Corporate Development at Recruit Holdings. He has a proven track record of successful acquisitions for various Recruit business units, including the 2012 acquisition of Indeed.

She has held leadership roles at Apple and Yahoo! and started her professional career at the Boston Consulting Group. Jessica holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s in International Relations from U.C.S.D. and a B.A. from Amherst College.

Joe joined Indeed in 2008 and has served in several leadership roles, including Group Vice President (GVP) of the Americas, Client Success (CS) and Sales teams. Lowell has over 25 years of in-house legal experience, focused on the Internet regulatory environment and international law and has been the General Counsel of Indeed since 2012.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

Novo leads Indeed’s staffing efforts globally, setting out to improve the way in which people get access to temp and agency work via Indeed Flex. Prior to launching Syft, Novo was working in financial markets as a Senior Arbitrage Trader at Chicago-based alternative investments Fund, Tradelink LLC. Novo graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Bristol University in Economics and Philosophy.

Priscilla is the Chief People Officer at Indeed. In this role, Priscilla leads the people and places function for the company. This includes recruitment and people development, organisation effectiveness, rewards and recognition, people operations, culture and inclusion, real estate, and workplace experience.
Prior to joining Indeed, Priscilla held several leadership roles in human resources, talent management, and diversity and inclusion experience at large multinational organisations such as Kellogg’s, DXC Technology (formerly Computer Sciences Corporation), T. Rowe Price, Booz Allen Hamilton and JPMorgan Chase.
Priscilla holds a Master of Science in Analysis Design and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Linguistics from the University of Ghana and a Strategic Human Resources Certification from Cornell University in the US.
She is also the author of several books including Janju: The Voice of One Girl.

Raj Mukherjee is Executive Vice President and General Manager for Employer at Indeed. Raj is responsible for shaping product and go-to-market priorities for millions of employers, from small businesses to enterprise organizations, around the world to help them match and connect with talent to hire with speed and simplicity. Raj was previously Indeed’s General Manager of SMB and oversaw product growth in the SMB segment and in international markets.
Prior to joining Indeed, Raj was Senior Vice President of Product at GoDaddy and responsible for helping their 14 million customers build successful businesses online. He has significant experience with SMB customers and led multiple successful acquisitions for the company.
Previously, Raj worked on the Enterprise Platform team at Google and led Product Management for Domains for Google Apps and Google Drive for enterprises. He was also Sr. Product manager for the Online Services division at Microsoft with responsibility for product and business strategy for Office 365.
Raj also serves as a public board director at Calix Inc.
Raj holds a joint MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley & the Columbia Business School. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from India.

Since joining Indeed in 2012, Sean has steered investments to help drive tremendous revenue and headcount growth, leading Indeed’s FP&A, Sales Ops and Strategy Teams before overseeing all of finance. Prior to Indeed, Sean held several senior leadership roles in finance, gaining a wealth of experience in areas including investment banking and finance strategy.
Sean lives in Westchester, New York, with his wife and three sons. Sean graduated from Rice University with a BA in Economics and Management.

Rony served as President of Indeed until 2012 and Chief Executive Officer until 2013. Prior to Indeed, in 1998, Rony co-founded jobsinthemoney.com, the leading job site for financial professionals, which he sold to Financial News in 2003. Prior to that he worked in technology consulting at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Rony holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a BSc Honors in Economics from Texas A&M.

Hisayuki “Deko” Idekoba is the President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Representative Director of the Board of Recruit Holdings, Head of the HR Technology SBU, and currently serves as Board Director of Indeed and Chairman of RGF Staffing. Before being named CEO of Recruit, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for overseeing the company’s overall business operations. Deko led the acquisition of Indeed in 2012 and later served as its CEO from 2013 to 2019.
Deko joined Recruit in 1999 and, over the course of two decades, led the digital transformation of numerous Recruit Group businesses. He was responsible for transitioning print publications and marketing into online businesses across various sectors including travel, beauty and dining. As a result of his success, Deko was appointed Corporate Executive Officer of Recruit in 2012, Director of the Board in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Waseda University.

She has played a major role in the rapid globalisation of the company, leading and contributing to a series of post-merger integrations. Six years after joining the company, she was transferred to newly acquired Advantage Group Limited in London in 2012.
She skillfully turned around its financial performance after being appointed Managing Director in 2014. She became Corporate Executive Officer of the company, Chief of Staff at Indeed in 2018, and Director of the Board of Recruit Holdings in 2020.
