An IT Support Specialist is the person who fixes computer and network problems in a company and helps employees use technology properly.
Main Responsibilities
- Install and set up:
- Computers, laptops, printers
- Software and operating systems
- Troubleshoot problems:
- Internet issues
- Slow computers
- System errors
- Provide technical support to staff
- Maintain company IT systems and networks
- Update software and ensure security (antivirus, backups)
- Keep records of IT issues and solutions
