Full job description

  • Greet customers warmly, provide a professional welcome, and assist them with seating when required.
  • Present menus, explain food and beverage items, and answer customers’ questions about the menu.
  • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and beverage team.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and according to the restaurant’s service and presentation standards.
  • Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond politely to their requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, service stations, and surrounding areas.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring all plates, glasses, and utensils are properly handled.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and customer service standards at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and report any serious issue to the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, stock arrangement, and other reasonable tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Pay: RO150.000 - RO180.000 per hour

Expected hours: 9.0 per week

Work Location: In person
