Exciting Part-Time Opportunity: Customer Experience Reviewer

Are you observant, detail-oriented, and confident visiting premium venues as a regular customer? We are looking for reliable part-time evaluators to assess service quality across a range of high-end locations.

This role is ideal for people who notice the small details, communicate clearly, and can provide honest, accurate feedback based on the Customer Service you get. Your observations will help businesses improve their customer service, staff performance, and overall guest experience.

What You Will Do

  • Visit assigned locations and experience the service naturally as a regular customer.
  • Observe important details such as staff greeting, professionalism, product knowledge, cleanliness, waiting time, and overall service standards.
  • Complete a short online report after each visit.
  • Submit your feedback clearly, accurately, and on time.

Assignments typically take around one hour, depending on the location and task requirements.
