Full job description

Sion Puntarenas is looking for an Administrative Operations Manager to run our daily office operations, facility workflows, and administrative strategy at Building 170, Dahariz Central, Salalah.

Compensation: OMR 1,450 per month

Location: Building 170, Dahariz Central, Salalah (Full-time / On-site)

We need an organized, action-oriented operations manager to take charge of our administrative infrastructure, streamline internal procedures, and keep our Salalah facility running at peak efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

* Supervise daily administrative operations, managing office support staff, procurement of office supplies, and facility maintenance workflows.

* Establish and enforce standardized administrative policies, document filing protocols, and operational procedures across all internal departments.

* Oversee facility vendor management, service contracts, lease agreements, and site safety standards for the Dahariz Central location.

* Handle administrative budgeting, operating expense tracking, and petty cash reconciliation in coordination with the finance team.

* Manage employee onboarding logistics, office asset tracking, attendance records, and day-to-day HR administrative support.

* Act as the central liaison between department heads, executive management, and external service providers to resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.

Requirements and Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative management, office operations, or facility administration.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

* Strong organizational and leadership skills with a track record of improving administrative systems and workflow efficiency.

* Proficiency with office management tools, ERP administrative modules, and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and resource allocation abilities.

* Must be currently residing in Oman and available for full-time on-site work in Salalah.
