Arabian Institute – Muscat, Oman

Arabian Institute is seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Biller Trainer to deliver theoretical and practical training in medical billing, healthcare reimbursement and insurance claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver competency-based medical billing training.
  • Teach billing cycles, insurance claims, reimbursement, denials and resubmissions.
  • Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises and assessments.
  • Assess learner competency and maintain required training records.
  • Support curriculum, assessment and quality assurance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Medical Billing and/or Medical Coding is preferred.
  • Relevant practical experience in medical billing, health insurance claims, reimbursement or revenue cycle processes.
  • Teaching or training experience is an advantage.
  • Good command of English and computer skills.

Location: Muscat, Oman

Employment Type: Full-time
