Responsibilities:

Receive and review referral requests to licensed medical institutions.

Receive and review referral requests to the Appeals Committee.

Forward reviewed referral requests to the coordinators of licensed medical institutions and the Appeals Committee.

Review decisions issued by licensed medical institutions and forward them to the immediate supervisor for approval or appeal.

Approve Appeals Committee decisions in the system.

Coordinate and collaborate with the coordinators of licensed medical institutions and the Appeals Committee.

Participate in drafting the department’s procedures manual.

Communicate with other departments within the Directorate of Work Injuries.

Respond to inquiries directed to the department related to medical committees.

Develop work procedures and the electronic system in coordination with the specialists in the Directorate of Digital Solutions and Information Systems.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.



Requirements

Educational Qualification and Work Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Medical Sciences, Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or other related fields.

A professional certificate relevant to the job duties is considered an added advantage.


Competencies and Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using computers and relevant applications.

Strong skills in report preparation, analysis, and drafting official correspondences and memos.

Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and systems.

Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.

Ability to work under pressure.
