Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure products are available when needed.
  • Coordinate stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and inventory records.
  • Track incoming and outgoing stock to avoid shortages or excess stock.
  • Prepare inventory and purchase reports.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report any differences.
  • Update inventory records accurately in the system.
  • Work with other departments to maintain accurate stock information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, or a similar role.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work extended hours when required, especially during stock counts.
  • Flexible and available for additional duties when needed.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of stock counting and inventory procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using inventory systems.
  • Available for immediate joining.
  • Experience in the food, retail, or FMCG industry is preferred.
