Job Title: Lead Production Chemist
Company: RB Intelligence Oil Tech
Location: Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM), Muscat, Oman
Salary: OMR 3,000 per month

Job Description:
RB Intelligence Oil Tech is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Production Chemist to oversee chemical processes and production optimization within our oil and gas operations at Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient hydrocarbon production, managing chemical treatments, and maintaining product quality and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage chemical operations related to oil and gas production
• Develop and optimize chemical treatment programs (e.g., corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, demulsifiers)
• Monitor production chemistry performance and troubleshoot process issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards
• Coordinate with production, reservoir, and operations teams
• Analyze laboratory and field data to improve production efficiency
• Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to management
• Supervise and mentor junior chemists and technical staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven experience in production chemistry within the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of oilfield chemicals and production processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with laboratory testing and field monitoring techniques
• Ability to work in demanding operational environments
