Job Location

Candidates should be willing to work at any Badr Al Samma branch across Oman, depending on the hospital's staffing requirements and allocation.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
• Duty may be continuous or split duty, depending on hospital requirements
• Weekly Off: 1 day per week
• Annual Leave: 30 days paid annual leave after completion of 1 year
• Air Ticket: To-and-fro tickets provided with annual leave
• Accommodation: Free semi-furnished 2 BHK flat
• Transportation: Accommodation will generally be within walking distance of the hospital. If not, transportation arrangements will be provided.
• Contract: 2 years, extendable if the doctor wishes to continue

Eligibility Requirements

• MD/MS qualification is mandatory
• DNB candidates cannot be considered
• Minimum 4 years of experience after completion of PG
• Maximum age: 50 years
• Valid BLS & ACLS certification from AHA required
• Candidate must be willing to work at any allocated branch in Oman

Selection & Licensing Process

Selected candidates will need to successfully complete the following process:

• First Interview: Executive Director
• Second Interview: Chairman
• Pearson VUE Examination: Required for licensing. Approximate cost: ₹20,000
• DataFlow Verification: Required. Approximate cost: ₹20,000
• Oman Government Viva: Online viva examination. Fee: 50 OMR
• The hospital will bear the cost of the first viva attempt.
• If the candidate does not clear the first attempt, the candidate will be responsible for the fee for the second attempt.
• Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): Mandatory
• Medical Examination: Required before travelling to Oman
• Completion of all required documentation and licensing formalities

Documents Required

Candidates should have the following documents readily available:

• MBBS Certificate
• PG Certificate – MD/MS
• All MBBS Mark Sheets/Mark lists
• All PG Mark Sheets/Mark lists
• Medical Registration Certificate
• All previous Work Experience Certificates
• Current/Still Working Certificate, wherever applicable
• BLS & ACLS certificates from AHA
• Passport and other documents required for licensing and visa processing

Important Note for Radiologists

Radiologist candidates will have an offline Viva. Candidates applying for Radiology should be prepared to attend the Viva in person as per the scheduled process.
