Customer Service Staff - Job Description
Main duties
Greet customers and assist them inside the store
Answer questions about products, prices, and offers
Handle complaints and solve customer problems
Process returns, exchanges, or refunds
Guide customers to correct departments
Work with cashiers and sales staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times
