Arabian Institute – Muscat, Oman

Arabian Institute is seeking a qualified and experienced CSSD Trainer to deliver theoretical and practical training in sterile processing and infection prevention practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver competency-based theoretical and practical CSSD training.
  • Teach decontamination, disinfection, packaging, sterilisation, storage and distribution.
  • Conduct practical demonstrations and competency assessments.
  • Prepare lesson plans, learning materials and assessments.
  • Maintain required learner and training documentation.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Nursing, Sterile Processing, Infection Prevention and Control, Health Sciences or a related field.
  • Practical CSSD/Sterile Processing experience is required.
  • Previous teaching or training experience is required.
  • CSSD/Sterile Processing certification is preferred.
  • Good command of English and computer skills.

Location: Muscat, Oman
Employment: Full-time / Part-time

Pay: RO200.000 - RO400.000 per month
