Construction Project ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all project activities to ensure delivery within the approved budget, schedule, quality standards, and project scope. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead construction projects from mobilization to final handover.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
  • Manage project resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coach, support, and supervise project team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Resolve technical and operational issues that may impact project performance.
  • Ensure successful project closeout and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects, including at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
  • Experience in managing large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
